Chanté Afiya Consulting (CAC) was built on one simple belief: money shouldn’t feel complicated. What started as a passion for helping people write better resumes and create sustainable life habits has grown into SPARC, our flagship program focused on financial literacy and confidence, and its Money Made Friendly companion, for everyday money mastery.
With the SPARC (Smart Planning Approaches for Realizing Change) Program, we make financial education practical, personal, and accessible for real life. And the Money Made Friendly Manual walks you through the basics in a way that finally makes sense. For CAC, it’s about helping people, especially those from under-served communities, build real skills that lead to stability, freedom, and peace of mind. We didn’t have the luxury of being taught this growing up, so we’re changing that one honest conversation at a time. Whether it’s understanding credit, starting to invest, or finally feeling in control of your budget, we meet you where you are and help you grow.

Raised in an immigrant Caribbean family, her journey began with helping neighbors and friends land jobs, realizing their worth. Along the way, she saw that career success meant little without financial confidence, inspiring a mission to teach money in a way that feels simple, easy, and truthful.
